• Natural Nurses Nanaimo- These two lovely ladies ( Chantal and Lindsay)  LPN's are here to assists you in Alternative & Holistic Service.  Along side colon hydrotherapy they offer other services such as IV Therapy, Skinpen, Foot Detox and injectable nutrients.  Follow them along and you'll learn little technics about calming the nervous system and detox ideas and packages.

• Aurora Wellness centre- Owner Louise Clarke was inspired to start her journey of helping others and creating her wellness centre while navigating her  path with an ailing mother.  I have attended a couple sound baths and a drumming circle at the centre, all have been great experiences.

• Hear2Heal- Founder Kristal Barrett-Stuart offers support rooted in lived experience, emotional safety, and a whole-person approach to wellness: mind, body, and nervous system.  Being former founder of The Sparkle Project BC she has been empowering youths for years and still is as she supports her daughters own passion of creating non- toxic self care products.

• Kristina Gauthier-certified spiritual healing coach, since 2021, specializing in inner child work and transformational trauma healing.  Kristina's life journey and lessons have taught her a lot and are some of the main reason she does the work that she does.  Walking the walk and talking the talk, she isn't offering up anything she isn't willing to do or has done herself.  Healing is a journey, it isn't always easy and she is here to hold space for you while you do the work.

• Kiyo Salon & Day spay- Kiyomi Schulz has been owner operator of the salon since 2002.  She has expanded, downsized  to and upgraded to  making her 256 Wallace Street new, custom built permanent home in 2023 and saying farewell to her iconic Stewart Avenue location. One of the many great things about Kiyomi's Salon is the education, they have an academy withing the salon to keep their hair stylist well educated and on top of the latest trends. 

  • Alisha Tardif- has been working at Kiyo Salon for 12 years, she started 13 years ago when she did her practicum there. • Zen and Tidy     -  Natasha and Emily come as a team.  You can get 5 hours of cleaning done in 2.5.  Always on time, always pleasant and professional.  Tackle all tasks on the list and if time allotted they will tackle more.  We organized and pay attention to the details.

• The traveling cleaner- Tami Bravender believes your home isn't clean till you have a travelling clean.  She uses products safe for all members of the family including your fur babies

• Choles cleaning, tiny details- Chole Roberts takes care of the tiny details that some moms, grandparents, dads don't have the energy or time for.  Instead of being embarrassed or thinking you need to buy a new high chair, car seat hand it over to Chole she will have it looking like its brand new.  I remember when mine were little I didn't have the time, the energy to do that extra and every time I pulled out the car seat, or the high chair I would think man I need to clean this, yet even if I did I am not sure I would have got it Chole clean.

• Able body Consulting- Germana Rovinelli has been committed to fitness for over 35 years.  She encompasses all her fitness knowledge, plus some, when she assists her clients.  Her personal training focuses on age management and life long wellness.  She also includes her knowledge in weight loss, spiritual health training as well as and trauma recovery.

• AnnieFit  & Lift by AnnieFit- owned and operated by Annie Hollis.  With Annie you will find many opportunities to indulged yourself with self care, workouts, hyrox, skin care and wellness days.  Not only is she funny, smart and extremely fit (lives what she teaches) she is kind and has tons of knowledge she loves to share.  She is not a keep it to myself kind of gal, she is a this works I must tell others.  If it works for her she will tell you all about it.  If you want to know something about a product she use best way to get results in your fitness just ask, she will always share her knowledge. Annie collaborates others to help promote wellness and community, her wellness day is getting bigger and bigger.  May need a venue if it keeps growing as it is.  Its is how I met Stephanie (Juvenescence Wellness), here are a few other women Annie has collaborated with. 

  • Good Life Juice- Founder Andrea Dershin opened good life juice in 2014, healthy nutrient packed, cold pressed juice and healthy food made on Vancouver Island. ( currently up for sale so she can move onto new adventures)  She also created Rise Society to make connection possible for more of us.  Connecting women is one of her man passions, empowering others fills her  bucket. 

  • DIY body- Carly Lougheed is a personal trainer and sports nutrition specialist and one of the many coaches of DIY Body.  It was founded in 2017 with the vision to revolutionize the fitness landscape through online coaching.
